Like I said, seating everything down in my computer most likely didn’t fix anything because when I checked everything was already seated down well. The only reason it was probably fine for a while is because it tends to be okay for a week and then it’ll go back to the same behavior. The only things I installed after that day were games off Steam and I understand that this isn’t much help but that’s just how it is. Big reason as to why I’m also confused as to what it could be.

I’ll look into uninstalling 360 Security and I’ll use Windows Defender instead. If I wanted to get a different VS which one would you recommend though?

    Here’s the results:
    --------------- SeaTools for Windows v1.4.0.6 ---------------

Was fully aware of that which was the reason why I only asked “Would it be possible for you to tell us what you installed” from looking at Speccy we can see that drivers for Logitech, NVIDIA and Realtek devices have been installed and these only for your high definition audio, aside from these there has been keyboard drivers, mouse drivers, Nvidea video drivers and printer drivers installed and on top of these Adobe, 360 Total Security and Windows 10 updates installed, any one of these could be the cause of your troubles which is the reason why nothing should be allowed to auto update and nothing allowed to install without you manually giving it permission to do so.

At the moment there is nothing to prove whether this is hardware or software related and only troubleshooting by yourself can determine which it is, we can try and help by offering suggestions but you are the one that needs to make a note of what you have tried, what you have installed, create a system restore point before installing or uninstalling anything and likewise make a note of any changes in the computers behaviour along the way.

In answer to your AV question, once the 360 Total Security junk has been removed, restart the computer, Windows Defender should be automatically enabled, check that it is and allow it to fully up date and carry out a full scan of the computer.

Windows 10 has an updated version of Windows Defender that offers the same real time protection as Microsoft Security Essentials, you do not need third party AV protection and by not installing any you are reducing the possibility of potential conflicts and freeing up resources on your computer,

Regarding you Seatools results, something is not right, the short test is shown to have been run for a couple of minutes but the long test only 17 seconds every sector of the HDD is checked when the long generic test is run and the bigger the drive the longer it takes, testing your drive for example could take up to several hours and is best left to run overnight or when the computer will not be used for the day.

The long ran for more than 17 seconds. It started 2 times 17 seconds apart but it ran from 11:47:55 AM until 3:21:08PM. It ran for about 3 hours and 33 seconds.
