    Problem with PC after Formatting.

    Hello,
I have an HP ProBook 6570b that used to run a lot of games smoothly (I used to play The Walking Dead on it.). However, One day, I was forced to format my PC and I took it to someone who did it for me. After this process, and after getting my PC back, I downloaded The Walking Dead to resume playing it. But I was shocked when it showed me a message that my Graphics card can’t handle it and that my Drivers might be outdated and some DX stuff. Now when I go to the "Specs section " I find out that I have β€œGraphics Card VGA Standard.”. What happened? How can I solve it?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

What OS are you using? Also if you can, please find out which video driver you are using Intel or AMD. If you can’t find the correct make, please download and install this.. Download Speccy | Find your computer specs, free! and then give us the info or post a screen shot.

        Hi Tony, Welcome to PCHF!

Download and install the drivers for the Audio, Network, Graphics, BIOS, Keyboard Mouse and Input device, Storage, and Chipset devices from here, HP ProBook 6570b Drivers.

Also is there a reason why you are using the 32-bit version of Windows 7 instead of the 64-bit version?

Hi Tony to add to what Evon has asked why did you format the system. Why not run the system recovery to put the system back to factory?

First of all, There is no specific reason for me using the 32 bits.
Second of all, I formatted it because it was infected by a virus and because it was getting slower.
