Can I uninstall drivers for Windows 7 now that I upgraded to Windows 10?

Primarily, I was running Windows 10 on my PC, so I installed Windows 7 Ultimate which lead me to have many drivers missing from my PC. After that, I installed the drivers I needed to get important updates which made the PC work correctly. Then I upgraded to Windows 10 for free. I am now using Windows 10 with all updates and there are drivers which I had installed for Windows 7 in a folder called β€˜dell’ in Local Disk C: Is it safe to uninstall these drivers?

So do you have any idea how I can remove that sound/brightness meter from the bottom (just the bottom one) since it wasn’t there when I first had the laptop?

Maybe this problem is caused by either:
            Quickset64 by Dell
            AMD catalyst control center
or something else that is installed on my PC. Can someone guide me to remove it please?

Nevermind, I uninstalled quickset64 by Dell and this got rid of the problem. Thanks.
