because all the problems started after I deleted the apple support

its just that I wasn’t the only person using this pc and they installed some things that I would like to get rid of
but I’m afraid that they can start the same problem

If you do a system restore then I will move this thread to the malware area and use some tools that dig deep to find out what is going on with your system, then it will be like the other person never used your machine at all. Your choice, I will guide you through and make sure you do things properly. Or format, it is all up to you, just let me know what you want to do.
