    Factory image reset

I went to factory image reset on my Dell Inspiron 15 but I accidentally did it in safe mode and now it won’t download windows 10 until I restart out of safe mode. I cant figure out how to get out of the boot screen so I can actually restart the computer.

What screen is the system at?
Is there a Start Menu is so press that and select restart.

After the Factory Restore completed the system should of rebooted to a fresh out of the box.

It has the dell logo and an error box that literally says β€œwindows cannot complete installation in safe mode. To continue installing, restart the computer.” From there the only place I can go is f12 boot options. Shift-f10 does not work

        1. How long do you let it sit at that screen?
        2. When you press F12 for boot options is the Recovery Option there?
        3. What Model of Dell?
        4. What version of Windows did it come with?
