Looking over your minitoolbox log there are a couple of drivers missing from your machine…
    Code:
    Name: Base System Device
    Description: Base System Device
    Class Guid:
    Manufacturer:
    Service:
    Device ID: PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E230&SUBSYS_04191028&REV_01\4&7C64D95&0&01E4
Problem: : The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
Resolution: To install the drivers for this device, click "Update Driver", which starts the Hardware Update wizard.

Let’s see what exactly is missing with this tool.

    [ul]
[li]Download Unknown Device Identifier v9.00[/li][li]Run it.[/li][li]Allow it to complete.[/li][li]Hit File >>Save[/li][li]The default name will be DeviceList[/li][li]Save it to your desktop.[/li][li]Open DeviceList.txt copy contents.[/li][li]Paste it here.[/li][/ul]
Also, these errors suggest that a bios update may be needed as well…
    Code:
Error: (05/31/2017 07:41:24 PM) (Source: ACPI) (User: )
Description: : The embedded controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate that there is an error in the EC hardware or firmware or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS. In some situations, this error may cause the computer to function incorrectly.

      Sorry for asking the obvious…

Are you sure the memory modules are properly installed?
Remove and replace both of them in both slots and try booting one memory module at the time.

        Also:

When you stated β€œI bought the same make as the RAM that was already in the laptop” what does it mean?

Same manufacturer or same speed? Have a look here

Your new RAM is 1600MHz, see here
Your CPU is compatible with RAM up to 1066MHz, specs here
Based on the testing done already and the difference in the spec of RAM I suspect that the new modules are not compatible.
