How to fix screen's color jumping around?

My friend has a Lenovo Yoga 700 Laptop, and the screen has this weird color issue where it’s like the color temperature on the screen jumps around from 5000k (or whatever’s normal) down to like 2,000k. This only happens when the mouse is moved around, and I’ve already looked in all the display settings and graphics settings, and unlike my laptop, this one doesn’t have “night mode” where it automatically dims to a more orange color during the night.
    Computer specs:

Video (camera quickly adjusts to color temperature change so it’s kinda hard o see but you can still see it):

    Hello

Hopefully some of our members will chime in soon. Also it sounds like the on board graphics might be failing.

Different model but perhaps it is applicable to this model too.
The Yoga 3 Pro has a “paper display” setting. It’s meant to help you read stuff (reducing eye strain) giving the display a yellowish, book page like tint. You can turn it on or off by pressing “Fn”+“Esc”.
      I also found this
turn off adaptative brightness - since it dims the screen depending on surrounding light, I found it gave a yellow tint/hue (after turning it off, you can manually dim the screen as needed when running on battery).
