Your computer is set to grab DNS from ------ DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
In reality your router is feeding your computer this. fe80::f6f2:6dff:feba:eb48%17
We need to point your machine to recognize this: fe80::f6f2:6dff:feba:eb48%17 as the default gateway.
Or disable that all together…
Then get your machine to communicate with the router on an IPV4 level.
IPV6 may be just fine for a cell phone, and newer windows laptop. I suspect the one that connects without issue is a windows 10 machine?
Possible solutions for this issue:
Reset router to factory settings.
Disable IPV6 on the problem machine and within your router.
Reset TC/IP stack in windows – reboot, then run the fix it in this link, that reads prefer IPV6 over IPV4
To reset the TCPIP in windows 7 enter each of the commands below into an elevated command prompt one at a time, hitting enter after each and upon completion rebooting the machine.
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
There is also a bit of adware at work on your machine, only further complicating things.
