    I’m lost please help :(

    Where do I even begin… my old build consisted of a 5900x + b550 e gaming motherboard + 16gb ddr4 g skill neo at 3600hz + 6900xt + 850RMx Corsair psu.

    My build changed 3 weeks ago from a 6900xt to a 9070xt.

Issue I’m having right now and I’ve been at this for 2 days straight, one in every 200 restarts I can get into my windows play games be good temps and not have a single issue .. every time I restart it will hang in the post screen that says press f2 or del to enter bios, and it will hang in that screen no matter what I do it just won’t go past it nor if I press anything in the keyboard will help it along its way, it’s a rare thing for me to boot into windows right off the bat, and if I do it’s through bios when it lets me in as normally it comes up with new cpu installed or something else along those lines

    Things Ive tried
    1. Reset cmos (changed and put a new battery in also.
    2. Got nothing plugged in besides my cpu my artic freezer II 360mm cooler the 24 pin and power connected into motherboard and ram.
    3. Power cycling it doesn’t or sometimes works and allows me into the bios again by chance.
    4. Reseated everything and made sure everything clicks into place.
    5. Ran a OOCT power test to try to see if it was unstable, ran it for an hour and I had no issue cpu held 70c and gpu was 60/65c
    6. Sometimes pressing tab when it gets to the press f2 screen will lead me to go into a fully dark screen and nothing happens.

If anybody has any questions or can help please for the love of god do so, I’m out of options and unfortunately I can’t get any spare parts to test as I don’t have any! Please somebody!

    Thank you!!!

            Damn

Are both power connectors firmly connected to the power sockets?
Are you running the BIOS set to defaults?

Correct they are. I double checked as I have everything out of the case currently.

Bios is on default, I used a fat32 usb to flash at the back, so everything is default.

When did you update the BIOS before installing the new card?
or did you update it to try and fix the issue.

                    Have you cleared the rtc?
Power off, remove power cord clear rtc

I will tag the expert in these matters.
The error can be set to ignore BUT I think that would be a bad idea.
                        @phillpower2 any ideas

I updated it to try and fix the issue, I can’t click on that link it shows access denied,

My q led light on the motherboard shows as green, solid green after it cycles through the lot.

Reset cmos with a new battery also and then a screwdriver against the clrtr on my motherboard.
