AMI screen and start button is blinking

I was cleaning my table and pulled out wires for microphone, keyboard and mouse dock. I put everything back in and when I started my pc there was a AMI screen with connected devices and “Press enter to setup BIOS settings. Press F1 to Run SETUP.” The same thing after several restarts. I went to the BIOS and turned off “Wait for F1 if error” to just access the windows. Now the start button is flashing in different frequencies. I tried to change the places of the wires, put them all out, leaving only the power cable, still nothing. This has never happened to me before, it really bothers me. Maybe I also should mention that the power is through UPS. How to fix?

Shut off everything. Unplug the UPS and power cycle it. Unplug the PC, hold the power button down for 10 seconds. Plug the UPS back in, plug the PC back in, turn on UPS, turn on and try booting PC.
You’ve never noticed the flashing power button before? It looks like HDD/SSD access indicator.
