it only happens when i play games and just recently it shutdown twice in a row, but since it freezes before it shuts down i cant tell if its because the gpu or cpu but the gpu usage was 95+ and temps were 70+ and i only had 2 apps open, roblox studio (game engine for roblox) which wasnt doing that much i was sitting on 40% gpu usage and like 50-60 temps which was whats normal for me at this point and i had discord open. If i cant find a way to fix it then i might just call an expert, thanks for the support through this though.

If the answer is no then it’s time to either take the PC to an expert, or get a friend to help you.

It’s never a bad thing to know your limitations and get help, and if you watch what they do or ask what was done, it can be a learning opportunity.

Does your GPU issue only happen when playing games?
If you surf the web, check emails, watch a youtube video, edit a Word document - all is fine?

oh sorry i forgot to message back but i cant check the power supply cause its covered by something like a protective case kind of and its connected to the case, also when i cleaned my pc it lowered the temperature a bit but its still reaching 60-65 in games.

                            Is that the GPU temp?
60-65 while gaming sounds normal to me.

Fwiw, this computer has not been set up correctly from day one so regardless of the PSU information ( which has already been provided in reply #13 four days ago ) a clean start is required but this time things should be done correctly.
