What is wrong with my RX6800 and how can I approach fixing it?

Motherboard is Asrock B550M pro4, most of the time PC completely refuses to boot or blackscreens halfway through, there are several different graphical artifacts that almost always cause the screen to freeeze and the PC to crash. Display cable is not the problem, neither is the monitor.I’ve tried playing with the mount screw and it sometimes helps the PC run for a little while but it still ends up crashing later on. Sometimes it boots with 2 fat green lines on the left side of the screen, but in the device manager the gpu is disabled. Cant RMA

What if anything has been tried already, have you tried starting in Safe Mode for example.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, the RAM ( including the amount, number of sticks and speed ) add on video card and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable helpers to better assist you.
