Pc shuts off randomly

When using my PC casually it crashes. i built it in October of last year and its worked fine until just recently. I think it happens more when playing games but its happens all the time.
Ive tried: replacing the RAM, PSU. Resetting Windows. And reseated the CPU.
It doesn’t crash when i stress test it, and ive found nothing useful in windows logs.

Specs:
EVGA RTX 3080
AMD Ryzan 5 7500f
16x2 ddr5 ram
850 watt PSU.
ASUS B650 PLUS

How is the dust build-up around the heatsinks (processor, graphics card), and around the chassis air vents, and the fan blades?
Have you taken note of the system temperatures?

How is it crashing - blue screen if death, an error message, or just ‘blink’ turns off?

Let’s do a full workup of your system.
No personal data is published and everything shown is safe.

1. Download Speccy by Piriform.
   In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
   Paste that link into your post. Is Speccy safe?
2. Download GetSystemInfo by Kaspersky.
   In GSI, click Start. (takes about 10mins)
   It makes a ZIP file on your desktop, drag that to their GSI Parser site.
   Once analysed, paste the newly created URL into your post.
3. Download MiniToolBox by Farbar.
   In MTB, tick List Installed Programs, click Go then close the program.
   A file MTB.txt is created in the same folder, attach that to your post.
4. No software interrogates the Power Supply Unit so list the make/model and age.

The Segotep GM series falls into the Tier B (speculative) mid-range, so that should be OK.

When you replaced the PSU, is this Segotep the replacement or the original?
What was the other one you tried?

Your TCP Connections (last group at the bottom of Speccy) is impressive to say the least. Most I’ve ever seen on a system.
That isn’t to say it’s a bad thing, just that you have A LOT of ports actively open and ‘phoning home’.

Your monitors are at different frequencies, we’ve seen issues on this forum regarding that aspect, let’s see if I remember who had that experience: @PeterOz @Pyro @Malnutrition @xrobwx71

Your BIOS is July 2023, latest is Feb 2025. There may be code updates that address your issue.

Your motherboard handles memory speeds up to 5200 before over-clocking is required, so I reckon having XMP memory mode turned on isn’t giving you any benefit. Try turning it off and see how things go.
Take note of the memory timings in BIOS before and after changing XMP to check that with it enabled, it does actually force the memory to run at its full speed.

Previously i had a agk750W PSU
I saw online that 750 WATTS isnt enough for the 3080 so i went ahead and replaced it
Ill get to work on that bios update/turning XMP off.

Ok so i updated the bios, and am now 6 hours free of crashing.
Ill update again in 12 hours or when it crashes next
