    Having trouble diagnosing Computer Issue

I’m experiencing persistent issues with my computer (see attached images). The problems began after I installed a new CPU fan, motherboard, and GPU. They manifest as random glitches and crashes when browsing the internet, using applications, and especially when gaming (games crash to desktop within minutes). I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    [ul]
[li]Updated Windows and all drivers.[/li][li]Had the computer professionally wiped and reinstalled.[/li][li]Swapped the GPU with a known working one.[/li][li]Tested the monitor with other devices (game console, laptop).[/li][/ul]
Since the issues remain, I suspect a hardware problem. Could anyone offer suggestions on what to investigate next?"

I know the obvious answer is there were no anomalies when tested on the other devices? I have to ask for 100% clarity.

And it still appears on this monitor on this PC?

What is make model of your power supply?
You list the new GPU, what was the old one?
What are the make/model of the current and old motherboards?

Let’s also do a full workup of your system.
