I want to ask if I want to move the computer’s internal HD to an external HD, is it correct to use an HDD enclosure? Is it safe for the data in it?

Yes, you can turn an internal to an external with no problems.
If this is a large 3.5" drive, make sure the enclosure has a power supply.
You can only access the data on the drive. You cannot run the programs.

A word of caution.
External drives by their nature are more prone to bumps, since they are easily relocated.
When moving, after you have disconnected them, give the heads a couple of seconds to park and the platters time to spin down.
And even then, a drop, from say walking or off the desk, still runs the risk of killing the drive.
