I want to ask if I want to move the computer’s internal HD to an external HD, is it correct to use an HDD enclosure? Is it safe for the data in it?

A word of caution.
External drives by their nature are more prone to bumps, since they are easily relocated.
When moving, after you have disconnected them, give the heads a couple of seconds to park and the platters time to spin down.
And even then, a drop, from say walking or off the desk, still runs the risk of killing the drive.Comment
