one long beep followed by three quicker ones

I upgraded my pc to a newer motherboard and cpu, once i was finished building it, I started my pc and it went on as usual and then it beeped once followed buy three quicker ones, I checked what it could be and some said gpu some said ram but I reseated them both and my pc works fine and even better than before, my gpu works normal and my ram works normal, for example I played rainbow six siege and everything went smoothly, what could be the issue?

Usually that beep code means VGA is not detected.

Can you try reseating your GPU? If still doesn’t work, try taking out your GPU and leave it and then reboot and try accessing the BIOS.
