Hello

Check your device manager and see if there are any driver updates .

Open device manager.
Hit the windows Key and R at the same time.
Type devmgmt.msc
Hit enter.
1. Uninstall your existing bluetooth stack (driver software that came with the bluetooth adapter).
2. Reboot your computer and click “Cancel” when Windows asks for the driver.
3.Run BluetoothDriverInstaller.exe and follow instructions of the wizard.

Download and install the BluetoothDriverInstaller_x64.exe this tool will usually find a decent generic blue tooth driver for your machine.

I followed all your steps, but when i reboot the pc the “drivers” are back on and it just connects back to my headset
Btw its a usb dongle, it didnt come with any drivers, Windows installed it by itself.. tried without rebooting but it just gives me this error:
Removing existing driver …
Error: System Error. Code: -536870389.

Take a look here and make sure it is not a windows setting:

Perhaps create a new user and see if it works there.

Does the microphone appear under sound settings?
Does the microphone work when wired? If it fits into the same connector then ensure it is fully inserted.
I take it your PC doesn’t natively have Bluetooth so I wonder if it is the case that the Bluetooth USB needs to be audio capable or something.
