    I agree that both are similar.
    The main difference being DDR4 & DDR5
    DDR 5 is newer technology so may be better.
    I would take the CPU recommended by @phillpower2. I believe in having onboard graphics.
    It is a big help with troubleshooting.
    If you have onboard graphics and you don’t think it is good enough you can always add a graphics card after.

    As mentioned previously I think you should go to a site like Partpickers England and pick what you think you want to use.
    Then post the link here and ask the system builders what they think.
    Because you use that website it does not mean you have to buy from them.
    It will help you pick parts that are compatible.
