    Graphics card problem?

Overnight videos and audio are freezing with robot noise glitch. Done everything I’ve read online are. Uninstalled graphic card reinstalled and updated auslogics. Nothing seems to be fixing it. Doesn’t give me option to turn on or off hardware acceleration.

Intel hd graphics 4000 is all the info I have on it

Just tested and the robot glitch happens with Spotify too so don’t know if it’s an audio driver issue?

When you reinstalled the graphics driver did you use DDU to cleanly remove it beforehand?
If the drive is an HDD then I’d test the drive for errors as well.

I dried normal update, uninstalled and from the intel website.. neither worked.

I’ve resorted to factory reset some people mentioning online that it’s since wind 10 update, but I can’t restore pre update.

Then I try the DDU method to cleanly uninstall the gpu.
