ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II + external SSD Asus TUF Gaming AS1000 info about compatibility and USB connection between them CHECK

Guys please help !

I want to buy mentioned MBO ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II, because my AsRock AB350M pro4 doesnt work well with AS1000, when i connect SSD to type C port i get only 45 mb transfer max, usb 2.0, instead of around 450mb/s for AsRock mbo. My port is 3.1 but it works like 2.0, i tested usb 3.0 flash device, it works well. I tested AS1000 on 3 more PCs, works normally. Only on AsRock AB350M pro4 and one similar plus , same B350 chipset it works at 2.0 usb, i think its AsRock mbo fault, their some compatibility with B350, drivers or controllers or smthng, idk. I updated BIOS to last, not beta, P7.40, new win10 OS, drivers installed from mulitple sources including MBO site and AMD one.

Before buying new one, in this case i want ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II, id like someone to confirm to me that it will work with transfer that is normall, around 950/1000 MB/S.

So the question is: can someone confirm me that it will work like it will on this new mbo, 3.1 fast transfer, can someone test ?

Or can the problem be that i have 1 m.2, 1 HDD and 1 SSD using so they limit transfer for SSD on my current AsRock ?

Just thinking of alternatives to replacing the motherboard, what about a PCI-ex card, something along these lines;

But will it work for 100% sure ? If i connect this card to 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 Slot (PCIE3: x4 mode) , will SSD work normally friend ? Independently from USB and MBO limitations if u understand if i mean ?

And isnt pcie x1 data transfer limited to x1 pcie slot speed ? Connecting AS1000, 5gb will transfer in 10 sec or , pcie x1 speed limit to 500mb giving me max 50mb/s data transfer ?

All depends on the quality of the PCI card you get, and the PCI slot it goes in of course.
But at only a fraction of the cost of a new motherboard, it would be worth the gamble, I think.
And changing the mobo may force you to chance the processor, maybe memory, even maybe power supply.
We don’t know any other details of your PC.

It would have as much chance of success as a new motherboard would - both are not 100% guaranteed to give you the results you are expecting.
Too many variables, and real world outcomes seldom match advertised promises.
Unless you get the motherboards you have tried that you know give you the transfer speeds you are chasing, it will be a suck-it-and-see exercise with any other mobo.

OK, hope it works out.
And if not, these sort of add-on PCI cards can always be used in other, older PC’s that need, in this case, a USB-c port.

Update from the OP.
WANNA SAY THAT PCIE ADAPTER SOLVED MY PROBLEM , CAN U WRITE THERE that probably was fault to not perfect B350 chipset or AsRock incompatibility, older mbo, 2017/18 not compatibile with newer SSD, AS1000 tuf gaming is from 2023, idk.
