Strange Noise coming from what i think is PSU

Hello, My computers been making what i can only think is a whirring or grinding noise only when i game (i thinks its coming from my PSU) does anyone know what this noise is and how i can fix it?

Sounds like a psu fan going south.. Just replace and carry on.
