Pc won't turn on, but RGB lights turn on.

Hello everyone

Hopefully someone can help, so the computer doesn’t make any noise and doesn’t turn on at all, but the lights do turn on.

Is it the switch button? did the power supply die?

Hello! this are the specs.

I tried jumpstarting the pc with a screwdriver but it didn’t work either, so i don’t think it’s the power button.

My money is on the power unit but the best test for that is to try another one.
Any chance you can temporarily get one from a spare rig, friend, neighbour, work, family, or similar?
