Help! Games make Computer crash.

Hey,
so I build my first Computer from scratch recently and it keeps bugging out on me. My first AMD build as well.

Hardware:
ASUS TUF Gaming B650 plus Wifi
AMD Ryzen 7600X
ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon RX 7700 XT OC
2x16 GB RAM Corsair Vengeance DDR5 - 6000
BeQuiet! Pure Power 850W 80+ Gold
ARCTIC Freezer 36
Lexar NM790 4TB
Sharkon M30 Case

It is a fresh install of Windows 11 (hat OOBEREGION error which I skipped). The Bios is updated. The RAM is set according to the Manual in A2 and B2. Graphics Card is plugged in with 2 different Cables and not 1 Y Cable. AMD Software Adrenalin Edition is installed and all drivers are updated.
EXPO is currently disabled and BIOS is in Default settings.
TestMem5 and Memtest86 both didn’t find any errors.

Games keep Crashing after a while (tested with Counter Strike 2, Red Dead Redemption 2, Palworld).

When running the 3D Mark SN Stress test at loop 6/20 the Computer crashed. According to AMD Software the Temps were looking fine (56°C GPU with 100% Utilization and 49°C CPU with 13% load).
Unfortunately don’t get to see BSOD Message cause it disappears so fast.
Previously had “pfn_list_corrupt” as BSOD
I also tried UDD and reinstalling drivers fresh.
