How whoud I enable my integrated gpu I can’t figure out anything

Do you have a GPU?
If yes remove it and connect to the onboard port.

Your integrated graphics are enabled else you would not be able to see anything being that you do not have an add on GPU.

The graphics solution btw is on die video provided by the CPU, specs here
