    Black Screen and fans 100% full speed after

    Hi,

    I’m having black screens while playing Control, this has been happening for almost 3 weeks.

    So I did most of the OCCT test but when I did the power test the GPU went from 85.59 degrees to 0 before the black screen with all fans going 100%

    what could the issue be?

    everything is in stock. I haven’t done Overclock

    Let’s show the complete PC specs using Speccy by Piriform - Get Speccy
    Is Speccy safe?

    In Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
    Paste that link into your post.
    Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit so, if a Desktop PC, list the make/model of the PSU.

    Let’s also show installed programs using MiniToolBox by FarBar - Get MTB
    In MTB, tick List Installed Programs, click Go then close the program.
    A file MTB.txt is created in the same folder, attach that in a post.

        From Speccy;
        [ul]
        [li]disconnect the drives except C:[/li][li]update your F8 BIOS version to the latest F11[/li][li]remove one memory stick and test, if no luck, swap sticks and run just one at a time, also try different mobo slots[/li][li]disable all the scheduled tasks[/li][li]use the McAfee removal tool to uninstall McAfee, then reboot. It can be reinstalled once testing is done.[/li][/ul]
        Try those and see if anything helps.
