pc random freezing after am5 upgrade

recently upgraded to am5 from my am4 ill have specs below ive, been having this random freeze that usually last 1-5 seconds i have only seen it freeze while gaming ive tried reinstalling windows, updating bios, running sfc, driver updates ect happens on multiple games so its not the game . if anyone has any suggestions drop them below thank u

sorry for the quality. freezes around the 5 second mark and its always the same type of monitor freeze then will eventually unfreeze
