Machine failed during reboot. Now no post

Hello.
So I have a computer with an “msi x470 gaming plus” in it. A few days I ago I updated to the 7B79vAL bios, and its been working fine.
Today I had to do some changes, and put in a “new” gpu thats been in the same motherboard before, and a psu thats also been used on that motherboard.
I booted the machine up after install and it went to windows 10 easily. But since I wanted to go to bios, the second it hit windows i choose start menu, and rebooted computer in normal fashion.
The machine went out of windows like normally but strangely never rebooted to bios. So I did a forced shutdown, and now there are no boot at all, no post.
When I try starting, the cpu spin up, the gpu spin up, ram lights up+++ but no post. The vga error led is steady on the MB, and iv tried 2 different gpu with no go.

Iv tried resetting bios with button, short pins 5 sec, resetting gpu, other gpu, removing cmos battery 5 mins, removing ram. Nothing.

The cpu is a ryzen 5 2600 so its not to new for any bios, and its been working for years.

Any idea what can be wrong and how to fix this?

I do not think this board has a bios button to flash, even if the manual wrongly says it does.
All parts of the computer it crashed with has been in use in that machine for nearly 3 years no issues. Just took them out because I was thinking about swapping case but dident.

I would try reassembling everything on a piece of cardboard.
This gives you the chance to inspect everything, clean it, and just connect the core essential components to get a signal to the screen.
So just reconnect one RAM, one drive, no keyboard or mouse (we just want to get a signal to the screen), no DVD unit, no GPU if CPU and mobo support onboard graphics - and so on, keep it simple!

This setup also offers easy access to swap in and out parts - so try all GPU and PSU options.
Once you get a signal to the screen, then you can add the keyboard and try getting into the BIOS.
