PC fan flickers and no display on monitor

Hi, my PC turns on but no display shows on my monitor, the fan also flashes a red light every few seconds. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks

Give us your complete pc spec’s.

What have you tried?
Fans don’t have lights (unless it’s RGB), so what/where is this red light you are mentioning?
Have you tried a different monitor?, a different cable?, a different video port on the PC and the monitor?
Does the PC make a single beep when starting?
Do you have an add-on graphics card or an inbuilt one?
