PC on but no display

After power outage my PC turns on but no display not even booting the led on the front of case are on and the fans are also running .previously this same thing happened with me which turned out to be faulty motherboard and ram but after installing new ones I am still facing this issue so please help me to fix this and also it automatically turns off while running

If a brand name then make and model + s/n
If not a brand name then make and model+Rev of motherboard CPU Ram and gpu
plus make and model of power supply.
