6800 XT Keep Crashing Black Screen while Playing games like Honkai Star rail and Granblue fantasy Then PC Restart But The Screen still had no display.

Recently, my PC always get crashed whenever I played games such as Honkai Star Rail,GranBlue Fantasty Relink,

before i bought this tuf gaming 6800xt,the card i used is gtx 1650,and it runs without problem with the same set up,

so i think the problem must be 6800xt.

i already tried DDu,Changed my psu reinstall my windows, disamble and assamble my pc from begining.

sorry for my bad english , in the forum in my native languange there is no such problem with this card

If there is anything wrong with the GPU it will have been caused by the junk PSU, all Gamemax PSUs are rated as – Tier F • Replace immediately

You need a minimum of a 750W Gold efficiency rated PSU from one of the following, Corsair RM range, EVGA, Seasonic or Super Flower, seven year warranty period minimum but pay more for ten if you can.

I strongly suggest that until you have an appropriate PSU you remove the add on video card and use the Vega graphics.

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, AMD state here up to 5200MT/s and if you have DOCP/EXPO/XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

Go into the BIOS, disable XMP and then manually set the RAM to run at 5200MT/s and the voltage to 1.25V, save the new settings then exit the BIOS.[/COLOR]
