PC Not Turning On With Gpu

So, around a few days ago, i was in the middle of resting until i saw my pc turn off ocmpletely, i must have thought i touched the power supply cable. till i tried to turn on the pc, it did not turn on or do anything, i tried to change the power supply cable but it still did not work, then i thought something would take power which i thought is the gpu, when i tried to remove the gpu and put it back again, and i turn it on, the fan light started turning on and off a milisecond and it kept repeating thte same thing. I also tried with my integrated graphics which worked, With a gt 710 which i am on right now works. Any help please?

You may get lucky but there is every chance that you have killed the GPU by using a junk PSU.

There is one thing that is possibly worse than using a known poor quality brand of PSU and that is using one that is unheard of, for brands of PSU to trust and brands to avoid please refer to the links in my sig, a stock RX 580 requires a minimum of a 500W PSU from a proven brand, because the card is old you need to get it tested on a computer that has the appropriate spec of PSU, if it is still working get yourself a minimum of a 500W Bronze efficiency rated PSU from either EVGA or Seasonic, do not use a Corsair in this category as they are only intended for basic desktops that only have onboard video and no add on GPU.
