An unknown USB device is listed under Bluetooth. Other devices. Windows 11.

Whenever I turn my Bluetooth on, I hear a sound like a USB device had been plugged in. Then, an unknown device appears under the “other devices” section that says "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I went into the device manager and uninstalled it, but it will return after a few minutes.

I have no USBs plugged in. I never use my ports for anything, so I am confused about why it keeps showing up. As soon as I turn my Bluetooth on it will appear immediately and stay there even when I turn Bluetooth off. Only when I remove it from the device manager will it disappear for a while, only to return when I turn the Bluetooth on or randomly under the device manager again.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? It is listed under code 43 error in the device manager. Forgive me for my ignorance. I am not a computer person and am concerned I have been hacked.
