Sorry I was not here to answer I had to go to work.
    So you are running?
    Windows 10 or windows 11?
    Did you use
Gigabyte Utilities Downloader to install the drivers?

I tried to use the Gigabyte utilities downloader when it popped up, but it said it failed to install the files after loading. I’m not sure what that means, but I think I only have the windows drivers right now. Is there a way I can access the utilities downloader again to try to get it to work?

Glad you are sorted and thanks for letting us know (y)

Just a btw, I hope that you will keep in mind that this would have been resolved a whole lot sooner if you had followed my guidance on the need to always have a keyboard attached from the outset
