    PC not booting

Hello, I’m doing a new PC build, and have encountered an issue where nothing seems to happen when I jump the motherboard with a screw driver. Lights are showing on the back of the motherboard, however I dont think these are the lights to indicate faulty RAM/CPU/VGA/Boot, as these are in the front and not showing any lights at all. 24 pin to mobo, 8pin to cpu are all fitted, no gaps. I’m using the CPUs integrated graphics at the moment, however I tried with the GPU as well and the issue persists.
The strange part is that I did the same setup yesterday and it worked fine, booted into BIOS, showed RAM, CPU, M2 SSD. However, when I wanted to exit the BIOS, it would simply restart the PC and launch into BIOS again, but I dont know if this was indicative of anything faulty.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
    SPECS:
    7800x3d, 7800XT, peerless assassin 120 SE, 2x16GB 6000 MHz CL30, RM750e, SN850x SSD

In the Bios can you check which version you have.
You need at least V 1.21

Is your bios set to default - no overclocking of ram?
If not then set to default.
This should not stop booting but just for you information the ram is not suitable for the cpu.

      System Memory Type
      DDR5
      Memory Channels

Also this should not stop the computer from booting. As you mentioned it will not boot without the GPU.
Your PS is in my opinion on the borderline.
      Your GPU alone needs 700W

You need to check the bios version as the first step.

I can’t boot into BIOS at all. Whenever I jump the power button, nothing happens.

When you tried the onboard video did you remove the add on GPU from the PCIE slot on the MB first.

I assumed from this you could access the bios?

Yes, that was a couple of days ago. However, now it will not boot into BIOS, nothing happens when I jump the power button
