I think this is what I’m supposed to do. I bought a h p desktop refurbished last yeand I don’t use it a lot.
All of the sudden, it stopped workingained. The screen says Power saving mode and then it shuts off. I dono what else to do besides unplug everything. Please help if you can. Thank you!

where did it come from?
any chance it is under warranty?
what have you tried so far - first thing I’d be doing is puling out the memory sticks and add-on graphics card (if it has one) and wiping them down with a soft bristled brush.
wipe the circuit boards, the contact points, and the motherboard slots.
