Red light on Motherboard, computer failing to start

Hi,

Recently, I tried to turn my PC on and it would begin to start, then shut off again. On one occasion I noticed something about my CMOS battery failure, so I have replaced that.
I also have a red light showing on the motherboard, and thus have read it could be a memory problem. So I purchased some new Ram and insalled.
I am still having this boot problem, and there is also a red light showing on my mother board.
Is it telling me I need a new PSU (which I have also attemped twice however leads aren’t long enough), or something else?
Hope you can help! Many thanks in advance!

Debug lights can mean many different things, please list all of the specs of your PC.

MOBO, CPU, PSU, RAM, HDD/SSD, Etc.

I am unsure of it’s specifications. It’s 13 years old, intel quad core 2.87mhz, 8gb of ddr2 ram, 4 tb sata HD, delta soundcard, onboard intel gfx.
It’s a music based PC. I don’t think it ever came with a manual, and unfortunately as the company are now best, I can’t log in to use ‘Speccy’ to give me a full specification low down.
Here’s picture below of the inside

Looks like a mix of standard computer parts and some less familiar music-based parts.

Can you get me a few more clear pictures of the motherboard? I’ve circled it in the picture you attached. There seems to be some site issues with me uploading the image, to the right of the SYSTEM sticker there is a mess of chips and heatsinks with cables going to it and the fan on top, please get some better pictures of that and any printing/stamping on the board.
