PC in Blue screen o blocked

Hi, I’m Emanuele and I recently built a computer from scratch with some used parts, initially it didn’t give problems but now after almost 3 weeks while gaming after a short time after opening it for like 5 minutes, the computer goes into a blue screen and restarts (blue screen appears for a second and the code cannot be read) or it makes an electronic noise coming from the TV (zzzzz).. or during normal use it freezes and no longer shows any signs of life other than staying on, I tried to update drivers do scans and everything but I can’t find solutions

Speccy doesn’t show the Power Supply Unit, so list the make/model of the PSU.
