    No graphic output

I have a windows pc with a i7-4770k and a gt 1030. It’s using a 240w power supply and had been working great, but today I received my gtx 1650 low profile and put it in the pc (HP EliteDesk 800 G1) which is an old office pc used for gaming. After booting it up the graphics card showed no signal so I waited for 30 seconds or so when suddenly all the fans in the pc started going to max so I quickly shut it off. I removed the gpu and tried using the integrated graphics instead but the same issue occurred (no signal max fan speed after 30 seconds) I also tried with the old gt 1030, same issue. I know that the minimum psu for the gtx 1650 lp is 300w but i’ve seen a bunch of systems using a 240w psu with the gtx.
