when I power up the pc it’s fans spin and flash on for 1 second then it just turns back off
Ive looked thru many videos ect but none have worked

i have swapped out power supply
I have tried taking out gpu same thing
Took out all hardware but the
    cpu and fan same thing
    Tried different configurations
    Reseated cpu still the same
    Triple checked all connections

this Happen to me 2 times before but the pc came back turned back on after
I check connections then I notice my usb 3 port works then don’t work very touchy
Could this cause my pc to shut down so fast? It’s on the MB a short or somethin?
I tried to use PC ANALYSIS CARD butit turns off before I can get and codes

    Pc specs

I would also try dismantling the rig and assembling only the core components onto a piece of cardboard.
only use the parts to get into BIOS - so no DVD, only one RAM, no mouse, nothing connected to the mobo slots or ports.
just the PSU, mobo, CPU, RAM and keyboard - just enough for you to press Del, or F2, or whatever your key combo is to get into BIOS.
short out the front panel PWR SW on the mobo to start the rig.

if you can do that, then you can add a drive, and mouse, bit by bit, until hopefully somethings stands out as the cause.

Srry did not mention that but yes I did that previously and multiple configs..I am using a multi meter to test the psu and to make sure all the pins have the correct voltage..start from the psu and work thru it I guess..ty for your reply if I root out the issue I’ll be sure to post it for future help maybe

Yes I did the minimum config as u said but still shut down after 1 second

I have not shorted out the mb that i will, try but I’m just making sure the psu is ok got a multimeter on it testing the volts on the pins make sure the correct volts are coming thru each pin now…if I get a fix I’ll be sure to post it ty again

A marginally better than useless test.

The attached videos are the ones that I use as an example to show the sort of equipment that is required to conclusively test a PSU + what can happen when testing cheap and nasty PSUs

What the equipment does is simulate a computer under load and so the PSU behaves as it would when it is powering your PC, multi-meters and the basic testing devices that you can purchase from some merchants only test the basic voltage output from the PSU rails and so cannot be relied on as 100% conclusive.

Cheap PSUs exploding when being properly tested

            Jonny Guru video

Can you post the brand and model name or number of both PSUs.
