    issue with 1660S

Recently I change my gpu from gtx 950 to gtx 1660 super and I encountered a weird problem. New card only works on “prefer maximum performance” in Nvidia control panel. I can run any game or benchmark without any problem, but when I’m trying to change it to “adaptive/optimal power” mode, then I try to run any game or 3d program, my screen goes for one random color and pc freezes after few seconds, only manual restart helps. I tried to uninstall drivers with DDU in safe mode, then install a few versions of new ones, but without any result. Even I plugged in my old PSU (corsair 450w, which should be minimum for 1660S) and same error appeared only in NV control panel optimal/adaptive mode. Idle temperature on “prefer maximum performance” are 50-52, and on adaptive/optimal 37-39, so I wish I could change it to lower ones. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    CPU: i5-4460
    GPU: Zotac 1660s
PSU: Cheftec 700w (changed from 450w few days ago)
Motherboard: Gigabyte h81m-s2h (latest BIOS, but still from 2015)
