New PC build. Red DRAM light, no beeps, black screen, fans running

So heres my setup
AMD Ryzen 7600
Nvidia Geforce 3070ti
Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX
ENDORFY Supremo FM5 750W 80 Plus Gold
Kingston Fury Beast, DDR5, 16 GB, 6000MHz, CL40

So when im turning on my pc there is no beeping, sceen is black, GPU lights up, Pc fans are spinning, CPU one too.
Red lights on mobo: DRAM lights up for a 0.5s then CPU lights upfor 0.5S and then DRAM lights up constant

-I double checked all the connections
-reseated cpu
-tried only 1 stick of ram on every port (the other one too)
-tried to boot without SSD
-tried to boot without any ram (then im getting 3beeps which seems ok cause theres no ram)

Is there any problem with bios? i didnt try qflash plus and bought my RAM sticks from store outlet but for now i cant try anything else

The RAM is faster than what the CPU can handle.

To further diagnose we will need to have the power supply make and model.

Couple of things there but the junk PSU stands out, so bad that they changed their name from Silentium to Endorfy, the OPs PSU is rated as – Tier E • Avoid here
