Pc crashing when gaming

When I play some games it doesn’t really matter what games just any of them my pc crashes sometime into playing them it can be from 1 minute all the way up to an hour and i don’t understand the problem and I have had it for a while. The crash is like my monitor shuts off but I can still hear some audio then all audio shuts off and my monitor wont reconnect and I have to restart my pc to get display and audio back.

My pc specs
I5-4590
RTX 2060
900w Bronze+ psu
2tb ssd
and a micro atx h81m-p33 mb

900w Bronze+ psu

No even half decent brand of PSU have made a 900W Bronze efficiency rated PSU for many years with Antec being the last way back in 2012 or so.
