I just built a new pc with a 3060 graphics card , and a MSI B550 AM4 MOTHERBOARD. The USB ports on the back and the 1 I have up front are not working. Also I am not getting any display to my monitor from the back. I downloaded a bios updated and nothing happened. Any help is appreciated. NOTE : I also reseated the ram and graphics card and nothing has changed

I’d be pulling it all apart and reassembling it on a piece of cardboard.
only plug in the essentials to get the screen working - so only one memory stick, one drive, no keyboard or mouse (at this stage), no GPU(use the mobo HDMI if the processor supports it), no DVD - that sort of thing.
not only will this give you a chance to double check everything like connections, cables, paste, etc but it’ll also eliminate any potential short with the case. -
Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.
Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the following:
CPU
MB
RAM (including the amount)
Add on Video Card if one is used
PSU (power supply unit)
