    When I got a new motherboard, I did that jumper thing to reset CMOS settings, and I also tried two different batteries (used) without any result. Tomorrow, I will get a new one.
    Did you ever run the clean boot and what were the results?

    I did it for the first time yesterday, but nothing happened.

    Thank you for your time @xrobwx71
    You can try NvidiaProfileInspector. Once unzipped, right click it and run as administrator. Scroll down to the power section and make changes. Click in the top right Apply changes. Test.

    I’m checking out this program right now, but I need to read more about it. I was able to set “adaptive mode” while idle and run any app/game with “prefer maximum performance”. But whenever I close app/ game, the same error appears. Maybe something clashes when power jumps up on the GPU?

            The point being: If we don’t have accurate information we cannot be accurate in helping you.

            It’s not about pointing a finger, it’s about achieving the best possible outcome for you. We can’t accomplish this if we don’t have accurate info.

              It has shown 2009, but only at the first boot after a battery change.

              @Rustys @xrobwx71

              So should I do another format, then?

                  when you go back into the BIOS what do that date and time show now?

                  Since the battery change the date and time need to be verified that the information is still correct.

                  If it does not show proper data and time that must be corrected otherwise the system will have issues.

                    Date and time are correct. BIOS is working fine.

                    I can’t remember what I exactly did, so I made another format today.

                    Output from command prompt:
                    InstallDate
                    20230815202955.000000+120

                          Ok, it seems we are finally on the same page with the reinstallation of Windows.

                          How is your PC running now after the re-install?

                            Smooth, but basically same as before. Unfortunately, the problem still appears.

                              Reading through the whole thread, I am out of ideas. After all the changes, applied suggestions, motherboard switch, re-installation, what is the problem that still appears?

                              One thing I noticed is, you still have not addressed the OS drive free space issue.

                              Thanks @Rustys for the reminder.

                                Couple of observations;

                                The system drivers were not correctly installed.

                                The RAM is being OCd past what the CPU can handle.

                                The MB is reporting high temperatures.

                                Oh and the PSU is garbage btw.
