    Random computer crashing

    For the past year I’ve been dealing with my computer crashing for reasons I cannot for the life of me figure out.
    It started about a year from when I first received it and the most I’ve added onto it was add two storage drives, an SSD and a HDD.
    I’ve never seen a computer crash like this either. Instead of a BSOD or just shutting off it will instead freeze everything, the screens and even the RGB lights in the case. It requires me to hard shut off the computer and turning it back on. It always boots without a problem, it always runs within a good temperature range, I check my windows system files regularly, and last time I checked no parts were unseated.

    I figured this is a hardware issue but I can’t even figure out which component it was. I replaced the CPU with an identical one and it happened anyway, I checked the ram by taking out the current sticks and replacing them with spare ones I had and it kept happening. I haven’t tried anything with the GPU yet since I really don’t want to shell out the money to buy a new one and have it turn out it wasn’t even the issue.
    Furthermore, I checked by monitoring Task Manager in the Resource section and nothing seems to peak when my computer crashes either, the temperature doesn’t peak either. And when it crashes it doesn’t make a crash log so I can’t even tell what’s causing it.

          from the Speccy report, try these;
          [ul]
          [li]change your power profile from High Performance to Balanced[/li][li]disable CCleaner Performance Optimizer Service[/li][li]uninstall MalwareBytes - can be re-installed later[/li][li]stop the VPN service[/li][/ul]
          see if any of that helps.
