I recently installed a new m.2 and this problem has started. It gets stuck on this screen and VGA and Boot lights on Mobo turn on. If I turn PC off and back on the Pc goes into BIOS without me touching anything.

is the new m.2 drive now the boot drive and only drive?
what became of the original drive?
have you tried putting that back in the PC to see if it boots normally then?

what process did you use to get Windows onto the new drive?
when you do get into BIOS, is the new drive showing up and listed as the first boot device?
