PC randomly freezes and restart itself in high requirement games.

Hello, I have a problem that is driving me crazy, when I play games with high requirements the pc freezes and after 10 seconds it restarts itself.
I can spend many hours playing without problems until the pc freezes and restarts itself. This happens to me with games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Death Stranding, Witcher 3, No Mans sky, etc.
The temperatures are ok. I have formatted
Windows, I have also updated the bios with default options.
I have all the latest drivers. recently
I changed psu, from an aerocool cylon 600w to a cooler master g700 gold, so probably the psu is not the problem.
The strange thing is that previously the pc had the same symptom, I had an i5 6500 with an msi b150m pro-vdh. I took it to a technician to have it fixed, he managed to solve the problem and he told me that it was only because the bios was out of date.
The problem reappeared when I changed the motherboard and microprocessor.
Now I suspect that the problem may be the ram memories and I am saving to buy 2 x 16GB. I would like to know what you think?
    This is my pc:
    Windows 10 64 bits.
    CPU: i5 10400F
    Motherboard: Asus z490-p
    Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8 GB, DDR4-2666, CL 16 (BLT8G4D26AFTA) x2
    GPU: Msi rx 570 8gb.
2 ssds and 2 hdd discs.

    (Sorry for my bad english)

Did you download the chipset drivers from the motherboard manufacturer?

What symptom makes you suspect this?

Run Memtest86+ to test the Ram. Run 8 passes. https://www.memtest.org/
[HEADING=3]How to create a bootable Memtest86+ USB Drive using Windows?[/HEADING]
Plug a standard FAT32-formatted USB Drive, download and launch the Windows USB Installer and follow the quick steps. Reboot your computer and select the USB Drive in your Boot Menu.

            Yes.

Taking into account that the problem had previously been solved by updating the bios, it may be due to a compatibility problem with RAM memories. Perhaps these are not fully compatible with the motherboard and cpu, but I don’t know if this problem can occur since I am no expert.
In addition, the problem only occurs when I play games with high requirements, in other situations the computer works perfectly without any problem to navigate or run virtual machines, even in stressful situations for the cpu it does not present any problem. I use it every day for work.
I still don’t want to think that the problem could be due to the video card, since video cards are very expensive for the salary I earn in my country.
By the way, I use amd adrenalin, I don’t know if that detail is relevant but I mention it just in case.

            Yesterday
I tried with “windows memory diagnostics tool”, I tried to leave a single ram memory, also connect the pc directly to the power outlet.
Maybe i should try with memtest86

I am assuming you mean you tested each stick of memory separately? What was the result?

I only tried single channel in case the problem was caused by dual channel.

I ran memtest86 for an hour and a half and there were no problems.

Update: This is what I have tried so far, I have 2 monitors that are vga, they have 2 adapters, one that is hdmi and the other that is dvi, I only tried to disconnect one, I also tried the 2 different adapters. I also tried changing the voltage stabilizer, I also tried connecting it directly to the outlet and the error persisted. I also have a cable that is connected to ground that is used to remove static from the tower. I currently have it disconnected to test, maybe that is causing problems…

How many passes? You need at least 4 passes, preferred is 8 passes. You have to be patient on these tests. Some have to be ran overnight.
