Fried RAM or GPU? Help!!!

When I plug my headphones in I don’t hear any beeps or it make the startup sound I don’t think any sound is coming out at all.

when the system is initially starting you will hear nothing for a head set as I stated there will have to be a speaker attached to the motherboard that is a separate purchase. (Post # 11)

Still got no PSU information.

Requires a 650 watt PSU the one you have is under powered. Has the capability to only produce 480 watt for the rail.
