VRM coil whine

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out, what causes buzzing coming out of my PC. After many discussions on other forums and seeing some older threads I have figured out it’s.the VRM. Seems like its a common issue for asus boards. What can I do now?

MB: Asus Prime B550-a

Edit: Seems like due to compression of the video the coil whine is not that clear.
