This is somenthing i tried to fix for some time and i thought i had, but it started to happen again.
The pc still works but the intenet and my mouse and some other peripherals stop working, i searched and a threat had a similar issue: https://pchelpforum.net/t/realtek-pc...crashes.76707/
I followed the advices on the thread and it didn’t help.

Have you tried logging into the system using a different user any different?

Preformed a cleaning of the system of dust and particles.

Let’s see if there are any error message that can be pulled by the MinitoolBox.

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop. Right click on the file and select Run as Admin

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options.

        Select all

        Click on Go.

copy and paste the contents of the file called MTB.txt or attach the file to your next post.

          When was the last time…

You rebooted the modem and if there is one the router?

Reset the network setting on the affected system to factory.

Would suggest that you uninstall Kaspersky totally and see if that helps anything.

If you have any other users on the system does this happen?

What happens when you run the system in a Cleen Boot.

                  Hi, it stopped happening for some time, but it came back, when it happened i checked the even viewer and got a lot of Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error." & "Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error;
Answering the questions, i only have 1 user on the system so i dont know, probably would still happen, it runs normally on a clean boot.

Create a second user and try the clean boot and let us know.

Did it temporary work after you uninstalled Kaspersky?
